This food gave me great energy for hiking 45 miles and camping for 3 days. Way more salt and sugar than my body was used to, though, and it may be the reason my arthritic hands hurt so much by the end of the trip.

Mountain House. Hits the spot after a strenuous day, but SO much sodium. Next time I will share with someone and eat some healthier food with it. |
