April 21



Lemon Water
Breakfast - steel-cut oats, milk, yogurt, almonds, strawberries, cinnamon
Lunch - broccoli slaw sauteed for a bit and topped with salad topping; fried egg
sf peppermint patties.  The slaw is too bitter and I didn't enjoy it much.
Diet Coke at Bosa Donuts (on bike ride date with Jess)
Dinner - Leah calls it a Protein Bomb' -- ham & cheese baked in egg; 1/4th of an acorn squash; roasted carrots; grape tomatoes; Blackberries & sf hot chocolate for dessert



Dinner - Protein bomb, acorn squash, brussels, spinach, tomatoes

Some Meal Prep for the Week:

Carrots, brussels cut in half -
brushed with avocado oil, sprinkled with salt - 400 for 25 minutes

Acorn sqsuash, Sweet Potatoes sliced 1/4 inch thick,
brushed with avocado oil, added salt - 400 for 25 minutes
(I put the acorn squash back in the oven for 5-10 more minutes, I think.)
