August 2018

Plain Old Fashioned oatmeal with plain greek yogurt, apples, and cinnamon.

Roasted sweet potatoes, sauteed zucchini, egg.

Baked Potato Bar (there really is a small potato under there)

New yogurt I found that is only sweetened with stevia.
Topped with unsweetened granola and nuts.

Ezekiel bread toast with greek yogurt, dried blueberries, and peanut butter.  Eggs.

Oatmeal topped with peanut butter, yogurt, apples, chia seeds, cinnamon.

Eggs, roasted sweet potatoes, avocado, Trader Joe's Everything But the Bagel Seasoning.

Same as above picture.  My favorite combo, apparently.

Sweet potato toasts - 2 savory, 2 sweet.

Dressed-up Costco Santa Fe salad with chicken.



This was easy and I'll do it again.  Leftover shredded chicken on top of beans,
topped with Trader Joe's Chili Lime Seasoning.  Avocado and bell peppers.

This hits the spot when I'm in a hurry.  I'll definitely buy this again (Costco).
